Apparently so seeing as one foreign manufacturer nearly netted that amount via a large shipment of fraudulent Christian Louboutins that were set to enter the U.S. market before eventually being intercepted by authorities.
The 20,000 plus pairs of confiscated fakes cost about $3 to make, but would of netted the illegal manufacturer an estimated return somewhere in the neighborhood of $18 million.
