Looks like Chris Brown can officially breathe a sigh of relief since an L.A. judge just lifted the restraining order which prohibited him from going near or contacting his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The “Deuces” singer appeared in court on Tuesday (Feb 22nd) in downtown L.A., where a judge replaced Rihanna’s restraining order with a level one order which now allows Chris to have contact with his former beau as long as he does not harass, annoy, or molest her.

Riri wasn’t present at the hearing, but her attorney Donald Etra told the judge that his client had no objection to the new order.

For the past 2 years Brown and Rihanna have been legally required to stay at least 100 yards away from each other. But now with the restraining order lifted, it wouldn’t be surprising to see these former lovebirds attempt to get that “old thing back”. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
