A Texas court ruled in Steve Harvey’s favor yesterday finding that Mary Harvey’s (Steve’s ex-wife) slanderous allegations in her YouTube campaign were all lies.

Bobbie Edmonds, Steve Harvey’s lawyer, released a statement yesterday explaining what happened in court with her client and Mary Harvey.

According to Bobbie, the judge granted Steve a temporary injuction against those YouTube videos that Mary made, and gave the Harveys a “contempt of court” hearing date for March 10, 2011. When the Harveys appear in court on that date, it will be to decide if Mary should be sanctioned or punished for violating the couple’s gag order.-Source

Here’s a rundown of what the court declared yesterday:

(1) Mary Harvey was not left broke or destitute by Mr. Harvey after their divorce in 2005. She was paid $40,000/month until March 2009 and then paid a lump sum of $1.5 million;

(2) Mary Harvey was not left homeless after her divorce from Mr. Harvey in 2005. She was awarded three (3) homes in their property settlement;

(3) Mr. Harvey is the primary custodian of their 13 year old son, whom Mary Harvey willingly put on an airplane to his father. Mary Harvey sent him to his father without Mr. Harvey’s knowledge; and

(4) The 2005 divorce of Steve and Mary Harvey was granted on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and his current wife was not named in the original divorce proceeding nor was she the cause of the marital break-up.

I’m sorry Mary, but 3 homes, $40,000 a month, and $1.5 million dollars is a long way off from being “homeless & destitute“. Sorry I ever doubted you Steve. Shame on YOU Mary! Lying ass heffa.
