This man really needs rehab, forget prison.

Once again DMX is heading back to prison. X was sentenced to one year in the slammer after pleading guilty to violating the terms of his probation.

X, born Earl Simmons, was arrested last month on Nov. 18th in Phoenix, Arizona for violating his probation after using cocaine and consuming alcohol during a performance in an Arizona club, and later failing to check in with his probation officer. X was also accused of driving on a suspended license.

X has already been to the slammer twice this year. His most recent being a 18 day stint off a 90-day sentence in connection with a reckless driving conviction from 2002. He also served four months behind bars earlier in the year for a previous parole violation charge, before being released in July.

This man doesn’t need prison. He needs REHAB! He clearly has a problem. Any man that gets sent to prison for the same thing over and over doesn’t need more jail. He needs professional help.
