A rep from Rikers Prison has reportedly told MTV that Weezy’s recent prison violation regarding his smuggled mp3 player and headphones bust this past Monday could possibly land the incarcerated rapper some additional jail time on top of his already 8 month bid.Whether or not Wayne gets more time all depends on the level of the infraction when he goes to trial.

“Level one is the worst. Then you have [level] two or three. [This infraction] could be a level one. He has to go on trial, and based on evidence, they’ll make their determination.”
