Last night on Larry King Live, Wyclef Jean made it official! He officially announced his candidacy for President of the Republic of Haiti. Chopping it up with Wolf Blitzer who was filling in for Larry King, Clef explained why he feels he’s qualified to be President . Check it  out above.
