Ashford Thompson is having a hard time right now. The accused cop killer of Twinsburg, Ohio police officer Joshua Miktarian wept in court as he explained to the judge that he couldn’t get a fair trial.

Describing his life in jail since the 2008 murder, Thompson, 24, explained to the judge “harassment” that he’s had to deal with behind bars, including not receiving mail and having his bed sheets taken away.(HipHopWired)

Prosecutors are  currently seeking the death penalty for Thompson.
