According to published media reports Hov & B have recently laid down $8 million smackers to purchase a Singapore penthouse apartment since B is going there next month to perform for the F1 Rocks concert:

“Crazy in Love” singer Beyonce Knowles will be headlining Singapore’s F1 Rocks concert next month, and she and rapper husband Jay-Z have scoped out somewhere luxurious to stay. The couple have been looking at plush penthouses in the city’s Marina Bay area, and one pad which has impressed them has an incredible 360-degree view of the city and the sea. A source said:

Beyonce and Jay-Z love Singapore and don’t want to just stay at a hotel while they are there. Some of the apartments they’ve seen have been fantastic but their favorite is the one of the stunning views.
